  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders placed before noon on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon on a business day may be shipped the same day, but are more likely to be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a non-business day are usually shipped on the morning of the next business day. Occasionally, the package may be shipped two days after the order is placed.

    Shipping rates are for destinations in the continental United States unless otherwise indicated. The shipping rate calculator provides estimated shipping rates when you check out. If the actual shipping cost is higher, OnlineStoreServices.com will honor the lower rate. If the actual shipping cost is lower, OnlineStoreServices.com does not automatically provide a refund for the difference.

    A confirmation message will be emailed to the email address you provide when you place your order. You may receive an additional message from OnlineStoreServices.com or from the shipping company to the address provided when your order is shipped. OnlineStoreServices.com does not guarantee that the order-shipment confirmation message will be sent.

    If the customer does not provide a correct street address and phone number when checking out or registering, the product may not be delivered. Some OnlineStoreServices.com merchants do not ship to U.S. Post Office Box addresses. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any address corrections or changes, including missing apartment or suite numbers, that may be made after the product has been shipped may be charged a $20.00 correction fee per package shipped. The product shipped may vary slightly from the image shown on the product page; quality may be higher and will not be lower.

    Shipping rates are based on the total weight of the packaged product. Shipping costs for refunds, exchanges, or any other reason are not refundable.

    Return Shipping Guidelines: Securely repack and seal the returned product as it was shipped in the original packaging material. Remove the old labels. If an authorized RMA is required (check with the merchant by email), write it clearly on the outside of the carton. Keep the tracking number from the shipping company for your records.

    International orders, if accepted, may be subject to fees and taxes for customs, imports, duties, or other reasons. OnlineStoreServices.com and our merchants are not responsible for any such fees. Please check with customs officials in your country before purchasing. If you refuse delivery on a package you ordered, you will be charged for any return shipping costs that may be made. OnlineStoreServices.com reserves the right to cancel any order that requires special attention to customs issues and international trade regulations.

  • If and as required by law, Online Store Services charges tax based on the sales tax rate of the state to which the order is being shipped.

  • Warranties
  • Unless the warranty states otherwise, if a product covered by warranty is found to be defective within the warranty period, the defective product will be repaired or replaced. Merchandise returned due to "buyer's remorse," if accepted, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns and refunds are not provided for opened software, ink/toner cartridges, or printers and fax machines if the ink/toner cartridge has been opened. Warranties do not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment. Warranties are not offered on user-installed parts. Warranties are void if a product is disassembled, unscrewed, or otherwise tampered with (e.g., internal hard drives, floppy drives, RAM, modems expansion cards, CD-ROMs, etc.). OnlineStoreServices.com does not offer warranty on items that contain refurbished batteries. If you receive the wrong item, you must contact the merchant within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange for exchanging it. Shortages, missing, or damaged items must be reported to the merchant within seven (7) days of receipt.

  • Return Policy
  • For refunds, products must be returned to the OnlineStoreServices.com merchant/product-supplier. The refund will be processed by OnlineStoreServices.com or the payment-processing company indicated in your receipt. Before you make a purchase or refund request, check the store policies of the OnlineStoreServices.com merchant/product-supplier. Note, the refund policies of the merchant/product-supplier prevail.

    The merchant/product-supplier should handle the matter to your satisfaction, per standard business policies and best business practices. Refund requests that have not been resolved within two (2) weeks may be processed. Refunds for credit card purchases appear on the buyer's next credit card statement. The merchant/product-supplier must inform buyers as to how goods must be returned. Guidelines for returning goods are provided below. Most merchants require that the product be returned within at least 7 (seven) days and usually no more than 30 (thirty) days after delivery. Refund requests to merchant/product-supplier or the payment-processing company or companies may be made either by buyers who request a refund from merchants/product-suppliers, or by merchants/product-suppliers who request a refund for their customers. Shipping costs are not refundable. OnlineStoreServices.com and its merchants reserve the right to refuse any order. Cancelled orders may be charged a 15% cancellation or restocking fee. Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned; all special order sales are final.

    OnlineStoreServices.com's merchants can service international customers on virtually any payment system. If you encounter an OnlineStoreServices.com merchant that doesn't have an alternate store for international sales, please let us know at service [at] onlinestoreservices [dot] com so we can make arrangements to process the transaction for you.


    OnlineStoreServices.com is not responsible for typographical errors regarding OnlineStoreServices.com's merchants' products and services. OnlineStoreServices.com merchants are screened for quality, reliability, and experience by an application process. We select only merchants who guarantee the quality of their products and services, and OnlineStoreServices.com does not offer additional guarantees.
